The CRL One Direction Stalter Machine is one of the most popular cutting machines of its kind in the world. Its list of users reads like a "Who's Who in the Glass Industry". The reasons are simple: The machine is easy to adjust, ruggedly built for years of dependable service, has accurate tolerances (±1/64 inch), can score glass as fast as two men can load and unload, and best of all, it is inexpensive. Additional cutting heads may be added to any Stalter machine.

Machine operation is simple. The operator merely places the glass against the index wheels on the left side of the machine, and feeds it into the pinch rolls which power the glass under the cutter bar assembly. There are only two adjustments: One for the width of the cut, and the second for the glass thickness. Both adjustments are easily made.

Capacity:
Glass from single strength up to 1/4" (6 mm) thick, in sizes from 9" x 9" (229 x 229 mm) up to full width. The minimum distance between cuts is 1" (25 mm).

Options:
Additional Split-Type Cutting Heads may be added to the machine.

Controls: All controls are built to OSHA requirements, utilizing CE, CSA and UL Certified components. Single phase, 60 cycle, 110V AC power. One 1/4 HP motor (.18 kw) at 15 AMP @ 110V AC.

  • Items must not have been installed, cut or modified in any way. Items must be in original condition.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item being returned for approval.
  • Indicate the name and address the order was placed under and the reason the product needs to be returned.

 Once a return is approved, the item may be returned.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
  • The customer is responsible for all return postage or shipping fees, as well as any shipping damage.

When returning the package:

  • Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
  • Include all subcomponents, original Packaging Slip and Return Authorization Form.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 7 business days.
