CRL 3M® VHB™ GPH Tape can replace mechanical fasteners such as rivets, spot welds, screws, and liquid adhesives in challenging, high temperature applications. VHB™ GPH Tape has successfully replaced all these and other fasteners in various manufacturing uses and is ideal for permanent bonding where high temperature tolerance is needed, including applications that undergo a powder coat or liquid painting process. It bonds to many substrates, and can be used for interior or exterior industrial applications. It applies neatly and easily, conforms to irregular surfaces, and offers good gap filling and stress relaxation. Good resistance to ultraviolet light, solvents and moisture.

A permanent bonding solution that can replace traditional mechanical fasteners and liquid adhesives in challenging, high temperature applications.

Shelf Life: 3M™VHB™Tapeshave a shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacture when stored at 40°Fto 100°F(4°C to 38°C) and 0-95% relative humidity. The optimum storage conditions are 72°F (22°C) and 50% relative humidity.

  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item being returned for approval.
  • Indicate the name and address the order was placed under and the reason the product needs to be returned.

 Once a return is approved, the item may be returned.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
  • The customer is responsible for all return postage or shipping fees, as well as any shipping damage.

When returning the package:

  • Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
  • Include all subcomponents, original Packaging Slip and Return Authorization Form.
