CRL Air Flotation Kits improve your cutting table capabilities and relieve the strain of moving large or thick sheets of glass. Easy-to-install, these Kits allow one man to float, move, and turn glass on the table top. This Kit features a self-contained 3 HP (2.2kw) blower unit with multi-hose manifolds feeding 16 check ball air chambers. Air chambers need to be installed evenly around the table top, and each chamber requires a 2-1/2" (64 mm) hole to be drilled in the wood. Includes mounting hardware and screws for attaching the chambers. Wiring and control device not included.

For Larger Tables or the cutting of heavy plate glass choose this 3 HP (2.2kw), 230 Volt, 16 chamber option. This Kit will operate on 60 hertz and 50 hertz electrical supplies. A Frequency Inverter type control is needed when operating at 3 Phase/50 Hertz/230 Volt AC Power. Instructions are included.

For standard 8' x 10' (2.4 x 3.1 m) tables and regular cutting choose the 1 HP 120 Volt, 12 chamber option (Cat. No. 2402562). The 120 volt kit only operates on 1 phase, 60 hertz power.

Request a Return Authorization:

All returns must be pre-approved prior to return.

  • Items must not have been installed, cut or modified in any way. Items must be in original condition.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item being returned for approval.
  • Indicate the name and address the order was placed under and the reason the product needs to be returned.

 Once a return is approved, the item may be returned.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
  • The customer is responsible for all return postage or shipping fees, as well as any shipping damage.

When returning the package:

  • Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
  • Include all subcomponents, original Packaging Slip and Return Authorization Form.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 7 business days.
