CRL Aluminum Glass Racks for Step and Hi-Cube Vans are fabricated of welded aluminum construction to meet the challenge of handling big payloads on smaller vehicles. Their all-welded construction has a polished finish. Longitudinal slats are welded directly to the A-frames rather than just bolted. Each rack also features four Stake-Loc™ rack stakes, Barpad® glass cushions on 8" (203 mm) centers and neoprene Base Plate Pads on 12" (305 mm) centers. The usable ledgeboard is 3-1/2" (89 mm) wide with a double row of stake slots positioned 12" (305 mm) on center for safe load control. A 5" (127 mm) usable ledgeboard is available on special order. The standard lower mount bars that are included also set the angle of the glass carrier (6 degrees is preferable). Make sure you do not exceed the U.S. Federal legal width limit of 102" (total width of van plus width of glass carrier, double if mounting two carriers). Front load stops are included left and right. Your rack will have all the necessary reflectors to stay compliant with commercial vehicle requirements. A sign panel area for your company's logo and information is available as an option, as well as a 30" (762 mm) manual height rack extension which increases vertical load size. Extendable stakes will be included with the rack extension option. These options must be added at the time of order.

Request a Return Authorization:

All returns must be pre-approved prior to return.

  • Items must not have been installed, cut or modified in any way. Items must be in original condition.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item being returned for approval.
  • Indicate the name and address the order was placed under and the reason the product needs to be returned.

 Once a return is approved, the item may be returned.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
  • The customer is responsible for all return postage or shipping fees, as well as any shipping damage.

When returning the package:

  • Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
  • Include all subcomponents, original Packaging Slip and Return Authorization Form.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 7 business days.
